Ahh, today’s vehicles. So laden with computers that they require software upgrades. Modern motorcycles can’t even escape this! Harley puts out regular updates to its firmware/software for its BOOM GTS infotainment systems, and in this video I’ll walk you through installing the latest update on your Harley Touring bike! (4m24s in length) This upgrade works on all Harley Touring models featuring the BOOM GTS radio/infotainment system.

From Harley’s press release, this update includes Android Auto, as well as performance and reliability upgrades. Since doing the update, my radio seems to sound better (but that’s probably just psychosomatic) and is slightly more responsive/fast.
